Biography:

Rixin Zhang, male, vice president of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology,professor, doctor of management, doctoral supervisor, director of Guangdong characteristics of financial high-quality development research center. He is also a member of the Expert Committee of Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Affairs, executive director of Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Economics Society, director of Guangdong Provincial Economic Management Research Society, executive director of Guangdong Provincial Rural Professional and Technical Association, and expert of Shaoguan Municipal Major Administrative Decision-making Consultation and Argumentation.

Main research areas are education economics and education management, agriculture and rural economic development, rural revitalization planning and practice. Presided over more than 30 national and provincial research projects, presided over 36 cities, counties (districts) and towns in Guangdong Province, rural revitalization planning. He has published more than 80 academic papers and 3 monographs. He has trained more than 90 postgraduate students for doctoral and master's degrees. He was awarded the Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress, the Second Prize of Guangzhou Science and Technology Award (Scientific Progress Category), and the "Excellent Educator of Southern Guangdong". He has guided students to win the Grand Prize of Guangdong Province Challenge Cup and the Second Prize of the 15th National Challenge Cup.
